charge $65 per hour for graphic design
(there is a minimum charge of $25
associated with graphic design).

- Custom-Designed or the Right
to Use Logos and Artwork
When submitting any
artwork to Linda Logue/A Graphic D-Sign, you represent that you are
the rightful owner and/or have received
permission to use all artwork and photographs
submitted to us for use in your designs...this
includes all 3rd Party logos and artwork.
A
Graphic D-Sign is not responsible for and will not be held
liable for copyright infringements or lawsuits pertaining
to the use of a copyrighted logo in which you
submitted to us.
If we custom-create
your artwork, we (A Graphic D-Sign) immediately own
the copyright to the design. However,
once you pay for your specially-designed
graphic design/artwork, it is then and only
then, yours, and you would then own the copyrights to
do with as you please. We save all of our customer's
artwork; therefore, once you pay for the logo/design, if you need a copy of your logo or
graphic design, (once the graphic
design/artwork is paid for) we don't
charge you again to email the logo to you in a format
most computers will recognize. We won't charge you to
put your graphics or logo onto a disk or cd which you
supply; however, we charge $2 per disk/cd that we
need to supply to save your logo onto plus shipping if
you cannot pick up your disk/cd.
If the design has been brought to us by our
customer, the design remains the possession of the customer. By showing our customer's
sign or design on this website, we do not stake claim on the design
and it is not intended as an endorsement; we are only showing the
work we have done... We are proud of our accomplishments!

whether preliminary or final, are copyrighted by A Graphic D-Sign.
Using one of our designs or a substantially similar design for
production with another manufacturer without prior consent is in violation of copyright
